Ingredients

  1. 2 cups homemade almond milk
  2. 1/3 cup maple syrup
  3. a pinch of salt (salt lowers the temperature)
  4. 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Vegan Vanilla Ice Cream Recipe

  1. Churn together the almond milk, maple syrup, salt, and vanilla extract on a high-speed hand blender or in an ice cream machine.
  2. To make it without an ice cream machine, or the mixture into small ice cream bowls with a lid and freeze the mixture for 3 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. Then remove it in a big bowl and blend using a hand blender or churn into a mixer grinder until dense creamy texture.
  4. Again pour them into an ice cream bowl and refrigerate for 8 hours.
  5. Once ready, serve in an ice cream bowl and top it with your favorite fruits or chocolate sauce.
  6. Enjoy homemade vegan vanilla cream with your friends and family.
