Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups gluten-free almond flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup virgin coconut oil
- 1/2 cup of agave syrup
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup unsweetened organic dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the microwave at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Line up a cookie tray with parchment paper or a lubricated sheet and keep it aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Next, take virgin coconut oil and agave syrup, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract and whisk everything well.
- Now gradually add dry mixture into the wet mixture and with a wooden spoon ( with cut fold method ) or a hand mixer blend everything well until ropy dough forms.
- Next, add unsweetened organic dark chocolate chips and with the help of a scoop or a spoon form balls of cookie dough over the lined baking film.
- Once done, put dark chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
- You can also fill two tablespoons of the cookie dough in a mug and bake them.
- Bake all the cookies for 10 minutes.
- Once done, remove all the cookies from the microwave and place them on a cooling rack.
- Allow them to cool down and enjoy.
- Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies are ready.
- Serve it with tea, milk, hot chocolate, or coffee.
