Easy Cheese Onion Sandwich Recipe

This Easy Cheese Onion Sandwich Recipe made with cheese, onions, seasoning, herbs are simple to make, delicious, and healthy. This recipe is a perfect summer recipe, afternoon meal, and a lunch box recipe as well. You can either use wholemeal bread, sprouted bread, oats bread, flax bread, or gluten-free bread to make this sandwich. Use a low-fat cheese.

  1. 4 slices of Sprouted whole grain or Oats bread
  2. 4 cubes low-fat cheese
  3. 2 tablespoon finely sliced onion
  4. 2 tablespoon parsley
  5. 4 tablespoon finely chopped green onions
  6. 4 tablespoon Veg Mayonnaise
  7. salt and pepper according to taste
  8. tomato ketchup (optional for serving)
  9. butter

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and add onions, parsley, green onions, grated cheese, mayonnaise and salt, and pepper according to your taste.
  2. Mix all the ingredients properly.
  3. Spread butter on the bread slice and put cheese-onion mixture on one bread slice and cover with the other slice.
  4. Cheese Onion Sandwich is ready.
  5. Serve it immediately or grill its both sides.
  6. Serve with tomato ketchup.
