Easy Cheese Pizza Recipe

This Cheese Pizza Recipe is loaded with flavors of cheese, pizza sauce, and herbs. Itis made with whole wheat flour without using yeast. You can substitute store-bought pizza sauce with dried tomatoes and garlic.

Cheese Pizza Ingredients

  1. 2.5 cup white whole wheat flour
  2. 3 teaspoons baking powder
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. water as required
  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  6. 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese and low-fat Parmesan cheese (mix)
  7. 3 tablespoon pizza sauce
  8. fresh basil
  9. Additional topping of your choice; red, yellow, and green peppers, spinach, mushrooms, chopped chicken, olives, onions, bacon, pepperoni, tomatoes, etc. (optional for only cheese pizza)

Cheese Pizza Recipe

  1. Preheat microwave at 180°C.
  2. Combine whole-wheat flour, baking powder, and salt and keep it aside.
  3. Take some water and olive oil and gradually pour it into the wheat flour mixture and mix well in a cut fold method using a wooden spatula.
  4. Mix it thoroughly to form a soft, nonsticky dough.
  5. Divide the dough into equal balls and roll it and form a 25 to 30 cm diameter circle.
  6. Transfer the pizza base to a microwave pan or a skillet.
  7. Lightly grease the pan with oil and spread the pizza sauce over it.
  8. Spread a layer of fresh mozzarella cheese and low-fat Parmesan cheese mix, fresh basil, additional topping of your choice, and pizza seasoning and bake the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Easiest Cheese pizza is ready. Serve it immediately.
