Easy No-Bake Chocolate Cookies Recipe

Easy No-Bake Chocolate Cookies Recipe

 

Compared to chocolate chip cookies, oats chocolate peanut butter cookies are more nutritious with less fat, and more protein, fiber, and calcium. The chunks of dark chocolate contain flavonoids and antioxidants, that may help fight against heart disease. Besides, peanut butter can keep your heart healthy and can help in Weight loss, breast diseases, lowering blood cholesterol, and control sugar levels.

 

 

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup peanut butter
  2. 1/2 cup soy milk
  3. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  4. 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  5. 3 cups oats
  6. 1/4 teaspoon pink salt
  7. 1/2 cup honey
  8. 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
  9. 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  10. 1/2 cup minced dark chocolate

 

Instructions

  1. Position a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep it aside.
  2. Heat a saucepan on medium flame, mix the cocoa powder, peanut butter, soy milk, coconut oil, and pink salt until creamy and thoroughly blended.
  3. Turn off the flame and whisk in the honey, mashed banana, and maple syrup until creamlike and n lumps.
  4. With a wooden spatula, fold in the oats into this creamy mixture.
  5. The mixture will turn to think and cookie dough is now ready.
  6. With the help of a cookie scoop, drop the cookie dough onto the set baking sheet.
  7. Gently press the chopped dark chocolate on the top of each cookie.
  8. Refrigerator No-Bake Chocolate Cookies for 30 minutes then serve with Coffee, Black Tea, or Hot Chocolate.
