Healthy Baked Zucchini Fritters Recipe

Traditional Zucchini fritters are often fried, but today, we bring you an easy and healthy baked zucchini fritters recipe, you can’t resist trying them. These easily and baked zucchini fritters are crispy and light in texture. These fritters are not only easy to cook but they’re also healthy because they’re low in calories.  Find below the ingredients and instructions of the recipe.

 

Ingredients

  1. 1 medium-size grated zucchini
  2. 1 finely chopped small onion
  3. 1/4 cup wheat flour
  4. A pinch of Baking powder
  5. ¼ cup Cheese
  6. 1 beaten egg
  7. Salt
  8. Black pepper powder

Healthy Baked Zucchini Fritters Recipe Instructions

 

  1. To begin with, you need to preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Spread the grated zucchini onto a paper towel and sprinkle some salt on it. Let it rest for 5 minutes and later strain it.
  3. Strain out the liquid by pressing on it with a spoon.
  4. Transfer the zucchini to a large bowl and add all the ingredients to it and combine well.
  5. Make equal size fritters out of the zucchini mixture and place them on a dusted baking tray.
  6. Bake them for 10 minutes, then flip them and again bake them for 10 until both the sides of the zucchini fritter are crispy and golden brown in color.
