  1. 3 cup plain greek yogurt
  2. 1 medium-sized cucumber, grated
  3. 1 tomato, finely chopped
  4. 1 onion finely, finely chopped
  5. 1 capsicum, finely chopped
  6. 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  8. 1 green chili, finely chopped
  9. 2 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
  10. salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, salt, green chili, until smooth.
  2. Add grated cucumber, tomato, onions, capsicum and mix well. Raita is ready.
  3. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
  4. Give a nice stir before serving. Enjoy.
