  1. 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  2. 150 grams of noodles
  3. 1 medium-size chopped onion
  4. 1 medium-size chopped carrot
  5. 1 cup thinly sliced capsicum
  6. 1 cup thinly sliced cabbage
  7. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  8. 1 tablespoon chili garlic paste
  9. 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  10. 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
  11. 1 teaspoon vinegar
  12. 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  13. 1 tablespoon chopped ginger
  14. 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  15. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  16. 1 cup chopped spring onion
  17. Salt as per taste

 

 

Veg Hakka Noodles Recipe

  1. Boil plain noodles in 4 cups of water or according to directions provided on the packaging. It should cook in 2 minutes only.
  2. Drain the noodles and place them in a bowl with cold water for a minute.
  3. Now noodles in a flat plate and toss them in some oil so they don’t stick.
  4. Heat olive oil in a wok and saute ginger, garlic till it changes somewhat brown.
  5. Turn the flame high, and add onions and saute them.
  6. Next add chopped carrot, capsicum, cabbage, and mix everything well.
  7. Add mushrooms and toss everything a high flame until cooked.
  8. Once its cooked, add salt, chili garlic sauce, chili garlic paste, soy sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder, vinegar, and toss it.
  9. Now add spring onion and toss everything well to blend all seasonings, sauces, and flavors.
  10. Veg Hakka Noodles is ready to serve.
  11. Serve it hot on a serving plate and garnish with fried noodles and spring onions.
