  1. 400-gram Basmati Rice
  2. 250-gram chopped Beans
  3. 250-gram Corn
  4. 1 teaspoon chopped Garlic
  5. 1 teaspoon chopped Ginger
  6. 2 tablespoon spring onions
  7. 4 tablespoon Sesame oil
  8. 2 tablespoon Soya Sauce
  9. 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  10. ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  11. Salt
  12. 800 ml of water

  1. Wash and rinse basmati rice in running water with the help of a sieve and allow draining.
  2. Transfer it into a saucepan and fry it in oil.
  3. Now you’ve to add salt according to your taste and turmeric powder to 800ml and cook rice until soft.
