Ingredients
1poundalbacore tuna seasoned with 1/4 teaspoon of each garlic powderonion powder, pink salt, oregano, thyme, chili flakes, black pepper
1ripe mango peeled and diced
12corn tortillas
1/2cupgreen onion minced
1/4cupred pepper
1/2cupmozzarella
1/2cupred onion minced
1fresh lime juiced
1minced jalapeno
salt as per taste
pepper as per taste
1teaspoonolive oil
Instructions
Preheat broiler pan on high flame. Line its borders with foil and spray with cooking spray oil.
Place seasoned fish fillets on broil and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until fish is golden brown.
Pierce and check the layers with a fork. Toss together all mango salsa ingredients in a bowl, and sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
Once the fish is ready, remove it from the broiler pan.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick over the medium flame pan and toss the tortillas for about 30 seconds.
Put the fish in between the tortillas and top it with mango salsa.
