This easy Caramelized Grilled Salmon Recipe has an excellent blend of dried dill weed, olive oil, and brown sugar. It is quick and easy and a perfect barbecue party meal at a house party or beach party. The Salmon is lightly marinated and grilled on a Barbeque Charcoal Griller for perfect crisp and delicious flavor. If you don't have a barbeque, you can also use a frying pan or griddle.

Ingredients
1large fillet of salmon with skin
1teaspoonpink salt
2teaspoonsdried dill weed
3tablespoonsbrown sugar
olive oil as required
Instructions
In a bowl, take salmon fillet and sprinkle the pink salt and the dill weed over it.
Now, cover the salmon with brown sugar and refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hours.
In a Barbeque Charcoal Grill, place the salmon on a greased grill, brush olive oil and cook for 10–12 minutes.
You can also use a frying pan or griddle.
Pierce and check with a fork when it's cooked.
Caramelized Grilled Salmon is ready.
Serve immediately with a lemon slice and grilled or steamed vegetables.
