Caramelized Grilled Salmon Recipe

This easy Caramelized Grilled Salmon Recipe has an excellent blend of dried dill weed, olive oil, and brown sugar. It is quick and easy and a perfect barbecue party meal at a house party or beach party. The Salmon is lightly marinated and grilled on a Barbeque Charcoal Griller for perfect crisp and delicious flavor. If you don't have a barbeque, you can also use a frying pan or griddle.

Ingredients

  • 1 large fillet of salmon with skin
  • 1 teaspoon pink salt
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • olive oil as required

Instructions

  • In a bowl, take salmon fillet and sprinkle the pink salt and the dill weed over it.
  • Now, cover the salmon with brown sugar and refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hours.
  • In a Barbeque Charcoal Grill, place the salmon on a greased grill, brush olive oil and cook for 10–12 minutes.
  • You can also use a frying pan or griddle.
  • Pierce and check with a fork when it's cooked.
  • Caramelized Grilled Salmon is ready.
  • Serve immediately with a lemon slice and grilled or steamed vegetables.
