Ingredients
1cupalmond flour
4boneless chicken piecesthighs, legs, or breasts
1egg
5mashed cloves of garlic
1teaspoonoregano
1teaspooncumin powder
salt to taste
avocado oil for brushing chicken pieces
lettuce for garnishing
Instructions
Preheat the Air Fryer at 380 degrees F.
In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, mashed garlic, oregano, cumin powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat egg.
Coat chicken pieces into the almond flour mixture, and then into the egg mixture.
Now, again coat chicken pieces back into almond flour.
Dust off excess flour. Brush each chicken piece with avocado oil.
Lay chicken pieces into the cooking compartment of the air fryer and cook for 25- 30 minutes or until chicken gets tender.
Once the chicken is ready, up lettuce on a serving plate and place the Healthy Air Fryer Fried Chicken over it and serve with your favorite Dipping Sauce.
