This Easy Scrambled Eggs Recipe is quick to make and healthy to eat. Scrambled eggs are made with whisked eggs added with herbs and seasoning and tossed in butter, oil, spices, and some other veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • pink salt as per your taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped mixed fresh herbs parsley, thyme, dill, tarragon, scallions, fresh basil

Instructions

  • In a non-stick pan, heat olive oil on a medium flame.
  • Meanwhile, in another bowl, whisk together the eggs, water, pink salt, black pepper powder.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Fold in herbs and seasoning. Serve it immediately.
  • You can also serve these healthy scrambled eggs with multi-grain toast or whole-wheat toast along with a handful of cherry tomatoes and some shredded mozzarella on top.
