Ingredients

  • 200 g Noodles
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 1 red chili chopped
  • a handful of spring onions
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots chopped
  • 1 cup bell pepper red, yellow, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cabbage finely chopped
  • 1 to mato chopped
  • vegetable stock or water as required
  • 1 teaspoon whole wheat flour paste mixed in water
  • 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red chili sauce
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • First noodles well in oil till they become brown and crispy. Then take them out on a plate and keep them aside.
  • Now heat the oil in a pan. Add red chili, onion,s, and garlic paste and stir for a minute. Now add all veggies and cook them until soft.
  • Add the seasonings and sauce and mix well.
  • Next, turn the flame high and add vegetable stock or water and bring it to a boil.
  • Add wheat flour paste to the mixture and cook till it becomes thick.
  • Serve hot in a soup bowl with fried noodles, spring onions, and veggies on top.
