Ingredients

whole wheat flour paste
mixed in water

tomato ketchup

sweet chili sauce

lemon juice

red chili sauce
salt to taste
Instructions
First noodles well in oil till they become brown and crispy. Then take them out on a plate and keep them aside.
Now heat the oil in a pan. Add red chili, onion,s, and garlic paste and stir for a minute. Now add all veggies and cook them until soft.
Add the seasonings and sauce and mix well.
Next, turn the flame high and add vegetable stock or water and bring it to a boil.
Add wheat flour paste to the mixture and cook till it becomes thick.
Serve hot in a soup bowl with fried noodles, spring onions, and veggies on top.
