Ingredients

  • 200 grams potatoes cut into long slices
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mint leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon green coriander leaves to garnish
  • water as required
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika, dried rosemary, dried thyme

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, add oil, cumin seeds, and coriander powder and microwave it for 1 minute at 100 % power.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  • Add 1 tablespoon water, cover and microwave at 100% power for 3-4 minutes.
  • Stir in between.
  • Preheat the oven at 220 degrees C and bake the potato wedges for 8-10 minutes.
  • Potato Wedges are ready.
  • Garnish with green coriander leaves and serve with tomato ketchup.
