Szechwan Fried Rice is a Chinese rice recipe, relished now by people all over the world. It can be served as a main dish or side in breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It takes very little time to cook and it is spicy and tangy in tasty.

Ingredients
1.5cupcooked basmati rice
2tablespoonoil
7garlic cloves - minced
1/4cupbeans- finely chopped
1/2cupcarrot - finely chopped
1medium onion - finely chopped
1tablespoonsoya sauce
1teaspoonginger-garlic paste
1tablespoonschezwan sauce
1tablespoontomato sauce
1tablespoonred chili sauce
1tablespoongreen chili sauce
1teaspoonblack pepper powder
1/2cupspring onions - chopped
salt to taste
Instructions
First of all, boil basmati rice to 90% in 4 cups of water if you haven't cooked rice and sieved it. You can also use leftover rice. Now heat a wok or a pan on the gas and add oil to it.
When the oil is hot, add all the chopped veggies one by one and cook it for one minute on high flame.
Then add ginger-garlic paste and cook for two one minute. You can also add 1/2 teaspoon vinegar here but I don't use it.
Next add soya sauce, red chili sauce, green chili sauce, tomato sauce, and schezwan sauce and mix it well.
Now add cooked basmati rice to it. Add black pepper powder and salt and cook while stirring continuously for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle some spring onions Schezwan Fried Rice is ready.
