Ingredients
500gramOkra/Bhindi
1teaspoonGinger paste
1teaspoonRed chili powder
1teaspooncoriander powder
1teaspoonFennel powder
1teaspoonlemon juice
3tablespoonoil
1/2teaspoon Dry mango powder
1/2teaspoongaram masala
1/2teaspoonmustard seeds
1/2teaspoon onion seeds
Asafoetidaa pinch
saltto taste
2chopped tomatoes
Instructions
Wash bhindi/okra and wipe them dry.
Cut the tip head of okra.
Now slit in the middle of all okra into two halves in equal length.
Take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil and heat it on medium flame.
Shallow fry all the okra till they become soft and take them out on a plate.
In the same pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, asafoetida.
Now Cook tomatoes for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add all the dry spices and mix well.
Finally, add okra and mix all the spices into okra.
Close the lid and let it cook on slow flame for 3-4 minutes.
Stuffed Bhindi/okra is ready.
Remove them on a serving plate and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
