Instructions
Soak uncooked noodles in a bowl of cold water.
Cut the zucchini, yellow zucchini, red pepper, carrots, onion, into noodle-like spiral shapes.
Heat a tablespoon of oil on medium-high flame.
Add the zucchini noodles, the veggies, and toss them for 1 or 2 minutes, then turn off the flame.
Sprinkle on the salt, pepper, peanuts, and all herbs along with grated parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Zucchini Pad Thai Noodles is ready to eat.
