Cheese Pizza Ingredients
- 2.5 cup white whole wheat flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- water as required
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese and low-fat Parmesan cheese (mix)
- 3 tablespoon pizza sauce
- fresh basil
- Additional topping of your choice; red, yellow, and green peppers, spinach, mushrooms, chopped chicken, olives, onions, bacon, pepperoni, tomatoes, etc. (optional for only cheese pizza)

Cheese Pizza Recipe
- Preheat microwave at 180°C.
- Combine whole-wheat flour, baking powder, and salt and keep it aside.
- Take some water and olive oil and gradually pour it into the wheat flour mixture and mix well in a cut fold method using a wooden spatula.
- Mix it thoroughly to form a soft, nonsticky dough.
- Divide the dough into equal balls and roll it and form a 25 to 30 cm diameter circle.
- Transfer the pizza base to a microwave pan or a skillet.
- Lightly grease the pan with oil and spread the pizza sauce over it.
- Spread a layer of fresh mozzarella cheese and low-fat Parmesan cheese mix, fresh basil, additional topping of your choice, and pizza seasoning and bake the pizza for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
