Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cups gluten-free almond flour
  2. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  3. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  5. 2/3 cup virgin coconut oil
  6. 1/2 cup of agave syrup
  7. 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  9. 2/3 cup unsweetened organic dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the microwave at 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Line up a cookie tray with parchment paper or a lubricated sheet and keep it aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Next, take virgin coconut oil and agave syrup, unsweetened applesauce, and vanilla extract and whisk everything well.
  5. Now gradually add dry mixture into the wet mixture and with a wooden spoon ( with cut fold method ) or a hand mixer blend everything well until ropy dough forms.
  6. Next, add unsweetened organic dark chocolate chips and with the help of a scoop or a spoon form balls of cookie dough over the lined baking film.
  7. Once done, put dark chocolate chips on top of each cookie.
  8. You can also fill two tablespoons of the cookie dough in a mug and bake them.
  9. Bake all the cookies for 10 minutes.
  10. Once done, remove all the cookies from the microwave and place them on a cooling rack.
  11. Allow them to cool down and enjoy.
  12. Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies are ready.
  13. Serve it with tea, milk, hot chocolate, or coffee.
