Easy Chicken Egg Fried Rice Recipe
Fried rice is a rice dish made by stir-frying rice, vegetables, seafood, meat, or eggs in a wok. Fried rice originated in Asia and the stir fry technique is the reason behind its name. This rice recipe requires long-grain rice however you can use any rice of your choice except short rice because they tend to soften and stick easily.
Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked Basmati rice
- 500-gram cooked chicken breast
- 2 egg
- 1/2 cup boiled peas
- 1 diced boiled carrot
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt as per taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, add olive oil and heat it on a medium flame.
- Add boiled carrot, boiled peas, minced garlic, and sautee everything till softened.
- Once the vegges turn soft, break 2 eggs into a bowl and whip it.
- Pour the egg mixture over vegetables, and fold the egg into vegges and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cooked chicken and boiled rice and mix everything.
- Add black pepper powder, salt, and soy sauce and mix well.
- Super Easy Chicken Egg Fried Rice is ready to serve.
- Enjoy it hot with a glass of your favorite wine or drink.
