  • 2 cup cooked Basmati rice
  • 500- gram cooked chicken breast
  • 2 egg
  • 1/2 cup boiled peas
  • 1 diced boiled carrot
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt as per taste

Instructions

  • In a skillet, add olive oil and heat it on a medium flame.
  • Add boiled carrot, boiled peas, minced garlic, and sautee everything till softened.
  • Once the vegges turn soft, break 2 eggs into a bowl and whip it.
  • Pour the egg mixture over vegetables, and fold the egg into vegges and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add cooked chicken and boiled rice and mix everything.
  • Add black pepper powder, salt, and soy sauce and mix well.
