- 2 cup cooked Basmati rice
- 500- gram cooked chicken breast
- 2 egg
- 1/2 cup boiled peas
- 1 diced boiled carrot
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt as per taste
In a skillet, add olive oil and heat it on a medium flame.
Add boiled carrot, boiled peas, minced garlic, and sautee everything till softened.
Once the vegges turn soft, break 2 eggs into a bowl and whip it.
Pour the egg mixture over vegetables, and fold the egg into vegges and cook for 5 minutes.
Add cooked chicken and boiled rice and mix everything.
Add black pepper powder, salt, and soy sauce and mix well.
Super Easy Chicken Egg Fried Rice is ready to serve.
