Fried rice is a rice dish made by stir-frying rice, vegetables, seafood, meat, or eggs in a wok. Fried rice originated in Asia and the stir fry technique is the reason behind its name. This rice recipe requires long-grain rice however you can use any rice of your choice except short rice because they tend to soften and stick easily.

Ingredients

  1. 2 cup cooked Basmati rice
  2. 500-gram cooked chicken breast
  3. 2 egg
  4. 1/2 cup boiled peas
  5. 1 diced boiled carrot
  6. 4 garlic cloves minced
  7. 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  8. 2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  9. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  10. Salt as per taste

Easy Chicken Egg Fried Rice Recipe

 

  1. In a skillet, add olive oil and heat it on a medium flame.
  2. Add boiled carrot, boiled peas, minced garlic, and sautee everything till softened.
  3. Once the vegges turn soft, break 2 eggs into a bowl and whip it.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over vegetables, and fold the egg into vegges and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked chicken and boiled rice and mix everything.
  6. Add black pepper powder, salt, and soy sauce and mix well.
  7. Super Easy Chicken Egg Fried Rice is ready to serve.
  8. Enjoy it hot with a glass of your favorite wine or drink.
