  4. 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  5. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  6. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
  7. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  8. 2 cups whipped topping
  9. 1/2 cup yogurt
  10. 1/8th teaspoon saffron

  1. In a food processor, add strawberries, fruits, honey, or maple syrup and puree them.
  2. In a chilled bowl, whip the cream continuously till you get fluffy rises.
  3. Whisk the yogurt to creamy and mix it into the whipped cream.
  4. Now mix vanilla extract, nutmeg, and into this smooth cream-yogurt mixture and transfer it to fruit puree.
  5. Gently fold the yogurt mixture into the fruits puree.
  6. Easy Fruit Mousse is ready.
  7. Serve it immediately or refrigerate it for 2 hours.
  8. With the help of a spoon, serve the fruit mousse into glasses and top it with whipped cream, chopped fruits, and saffron.
