- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed almonds, cashews, walnuts

- Grease a cake tin with butter.
- Pre-heat microwave oven at 180 degrees.
- Sieve almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
- In a saucepan melt butter, dark chocolate on a low flame.
- Once it melts, allow it to cool.
- Add vanilla essence, chocolate chips, greek yogurt, almonds, cashews, and walnuts, and mix well.
- Fold this wet mixture into the dry almond flour mixture and mix gently.
- Transfer the batter into a greased baking tray and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
- After 35 minutes, insert a toothpick in the center to check if the cake is ready.
- Allow eggless brownies to cool before slicing.
