Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup crushed almonds cashews, walnuts

Instructions

  • Grease a cake tin with butter.
  • Pre-heat microwave oven at 180 degrees.
  • Sieve almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • In a saucepan melt butter, dark chocolate on a low flame.
  • Once it melts, allow it to cool.
  • Add vanilla essence, chocolate chips, greek yogurt, almonds, cashews, and walnuts, and mix well.
  • Fold this wet mixture into the dry almond flour mixture and mix gently.
  • Transfer the batter into a greased baking tray and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • After 35 minutes, insert a toothpick in the center to check if the cake is ready.
  • Allow eggless brownies to cool before slicing.
  • Fudgy Chocolaty Eggless Brownies are ready to serve.
  • Dust some icing sugar on top and garnish with cherry, walnuts, almonds, and cashews.
