Ingredients

  1. 1 cup chopped dark chocolate
  2. 1/2 cup almond flour
  3. 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  4. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  5. 1 cup powdered sugar
  6. 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  7. 1 cup greek yogurt
  8. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  9. 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  10. 1/2 cup crushed almonds, cashews, walnuts

 

 

Eggless Brownies Recipe

  1. Grease a cake tin with butter.
  2. Pre-heat microwave oven at 180 degrees.
  3. Sieve almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder in a bowl.
  4. In a saucepan melt butter, dark chocolate on a low flame.
  5. Once it melts, allow it to cool.
  6. Add vanilla essence, chocolate chips, greek yogurt, almonds, cashews, and walnuts, and mix well.
  7. Fold this wet mixture into the dry almond flour mixture and mix gently.
  8. Transfer the batter into a greased baking tray and bake for 35 minutes at 180 degrees.
  9. After 35 minutes, insert a toothpick in the center to check if the cake is ready.
  10. Allow eggless brownies to cool before slicing.
  11. Fudgy Chocolaty Eggless Brownies are ready to serve.
  12. Dust some icing sugar on top and garnish with cherry, walnuts, almonds, and cashews.
