Ingredients
- 1 small thinly sliced zucchini
- 1 thinly sliced yellow pepper
- 6 fresh mushrooms divided into two
- 1 thinly sliced red pepper
- 2 thinly sliced tomatoes
- 1 thinly sliced onion
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- salt as per taste
- 1/4 teaspoon each -pepper, fennel, thyme, garlic powder, oregano, paprika
- 1 thin whole wheat pizza base
- 10 tablespoon pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Grilled Veggie Pizza Recipe
- In a bowl, mix the mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, onion, olive oil, and all seasonings and grill it on a medium flame for 8-10 minutes or until soft.
- Roast pizza base on both sides on flame for 30 seconds.
- Brush oil on the pizza base and spread with pizza sauce, grilled veggies, tomatoes, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Grill it on a medium flame for 10-12 minutes until edges turn lightly brown in color and cheese melts.
- Grilled Veggie Pizza is ready, serve it immediately.
