This easy Grilled Veggie Pizza recipe is not only delicious but also easy to make. You can add your favorite veggies and grilled them to make a healthy homemade pizza.

Ingredients

  1. 1 small thinly sliced zucchini
  2. 1 thinly sliced yellow pepper
  3. 6 fresh mushrooms divided into two
  4. 1 thinly sliced red pepper
  5. 2 thinly sliced tomatoes
  6. 1 thinly sliced onion
  7. 2 tablespoon olive oil
  8. 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  9. salt as per taste
  10. 1/4 teaspoon each -pepper, fennel, thyme, garlic powder, oregano, paprika
  11. 1 thin whole wheat pizza base
  12. 10 tablespoon pizza sauce
  13. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Grilled Veggie Pizza Recipe

  1. In a bowl, mix the mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, onion, olive oil, and all seasonings and grill it on a medium flame for 8-10 minutes or until soft.
  2. Roast pizza base on both sides on flame for 30 seconds.
  3. Brush oil on the pizza base and spread with pizza sauce, grilled veggies, tomatoes, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Grill it on a medium flame for 10-12 minutes until edges turn lightly brown in color and cheese melts.
  5. Grilled Veggie Pizza is ready, serve it immediately.
