Grilled Veggie Pizza Recipe
In a bowl, mix the mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, onion, olive oil, and all seasonings and grill it on a medium flame for 8-10 minutes or until soft.
Roast pizza base on both sides on flame for 30 seconds.
Brush oil on the pizza base and spread with pizza sauce, grilled veggies, tomatoes, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Grill it on a medium flame for 10-12 minutes until edges turn lightly brown in color and cheese melts.
Grilled Veggie Pizza is ready, serve it immediately.
