Ingredients

  1. 1 pound albacore tuna seasoned with 1/4 teaspoon of each garlic powder, onion powder, pink salt, oregano, thyme, chili flakes, black pepper
  2. 1 ripe mango peeled and diced
  3. 12 corn tortillas
  4. 1/2 cup green onion minced
  5. 1/4 cup red pepper
  6. 1/2 cup mozzarella
  7. 1/2 cup red onion minced
  8. 1 fresh lime juiced
  9. 1 minced jalapeno
  10. salt as per taste
  11. pepper as per taste
  12. 1 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions

 

 

  1. Preheat broiler pan on high flame. Line its borders with foil and spray with cooking spray oil.
  2. Place seasoned fish fillets on broil and cook for 6 to 8 minutes until fish is golden brown.
  3. Pierce and check the layers with a fork. Toss together all mango salsa ingredients in a bowl, and sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
  4. Once the fish is ready, remove it from the broiler pan.
  5. Heat olive oil in a non-stick over the medium flame pan and toss the tortillas for about 30 seconds.
  6. Put the fish in between the tortillas and top it with mango salsa.
  7. Healthy Fish Tacos With Mango Salsa is ready. Serve it with cilantro-lime corn salad.
