Guacamole Ingredients

  1. 3 avocados
  2. 1 small finely chopped tomato
  3. 1 small finely chopped red onion
  4. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  5. 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
  6. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  7. salt to taste
  8. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  1. Chop avocados into half, discard its seeds, and scoop out its flesh.
  2. In a bowl and mash all avocados with the help of a fork.
  3. Now add red onion, tomato, lemon juice, and fresh cilantro.
  4. Mash all together and mix well.
  5. Add garlic powder, black pepper, and salt and mix well.
  6. Top it with onion-tomato and fresh cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately with chips, veggies, or shrimps.
  8. Put the leftover in an airtight container and refrigerate it. It will last in for around 3 to 5 days.
