This easy Caramelized Grilled Salmon Recipe has an excellent blend of dried dill weed, olive oil, and brown sugar. It is quick and easy and a perfect barbecue party meal at a house party or beach party. The Salmon is lightly marinated and grilled on a Barbeque Charcoal Griller for perfect crisp and delicious flavor. If you don’t have a barbeque, you can also use a frying pan or griddle.

Caramelized Grilled Salmon Recipe
Salmon fillets are low fat, fewer in carbs, and a good source of guarding antioxidants, astaxanthin, protein, vitamins, minerals, potassium, selenium, vitamin B12, and omega-3 fatty acids. Just by eating it twice a week, you may reduce the risk of heart disease and also control your body weight. The skin of Salmon contains the same nutrients in an extra amount than salmon, therefore its skin is completely safe and healthy to eat. So the outer scales need to be thoroughly removed and skin needs to be cleaned properly. Salmon has the Omega 3 docosahexaenoic acid that is good for the brain, and skin health.
Ingredients
- 1 large fillet of salmon with skin
- 1 teaspoon pink salt
- 2 teaspoons dried dill weed
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- olive oil as required
Instructions
- In a bowl, take salmon fillet and sprinkle the pink salt and the dill weed over it.
- Now, cover the salmon with brown sugar and refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hours.
- In a Barbeque Charcoal Grill, place the salmon on a greased grill, brush olive oil and cook for 10–12 minutes.
- You can also use a frying pan or griddle.
- Pierce and check with a fork when it’s cooked.
- Caramelized Grilled Salmon is ready.
- Serve immediately with a lemon slice and grilled or steamed vegetables.
