Eggless Oatmeal Banana Pancake Recipe

This dairy-free, vegan and gluten-free banana oatmeal pancake is a healthy and filling meal loaded with the sweetness of bananas and the healthful essence of oatmeal. It is good for a healthy heart and regulates healthy blood sugar levels and aids weight loss.
Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered oats
- 3/4 cup oat milk
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- strawberry chia seed jam, dark chocolate for garnishing
Instructions
- Take oats, banana, in a blender, and blend it to a smooth paste.
- Add oats milk, vanilla extract, and blend it to a smooth puree.
- Transfer the pancake batter into a bowl.
- Now heat melted coconut oil in a pan or pancake maker on low flame.
- Pour the batter with a spatula or a scooper and spread it to form a thick circle.
- Flip and cook both sides for 1-2 minutes or till crisp and light brown.
- Repeat for remaining batter and cook oatmeal banana pancakes in the same manner.
- Once ready, take oatmeal banana pancakes in a serving plate and garnish with strawberry chia seed jam and dark chocolate.
- You can also use banana chunks, fruits, and nuts. Soft and fluffy eggless oatmeal banana pancakes are ready, enjoy.
