Eggless Oatmeal Banana Pancake Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup powdered oats
  2. 3/4 cup oat milk
  3. 2 ripe bananas
  4. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  5. 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  6. strawberry chia seed jam, dark chocolate for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take oats, banana, in a blender, and blend it to a smooth paste.
  2. Add oats milk, vanilla extract, and blend it to a smooth puree.
  3. Transfer the pancake batter into a bowl.
  4. Now heat melted coconut oil in a pan or pancake maker on low flame.
  5. Pour the batter with a spatula or a scooper and spread it to form a thick circle.
  6. Flip and cook both sides for 1-2 minutes or till crisp and light brown.
  7. Repeat for remaining batter and cook oatmeal banana pancakes in the same manner.
  8. Once ready, take oatmeal banana pancakes in a serving plate and garnish with strawberry chia seed jam and dark chocolate.
