- 1 finely chopped small onion
- 1/4 cup wheat flour
- A pinch of Baking powder
- ¼ cup Cheese
- 1 beaten egg
- Salt
- Black pepper powder

Healthy Baked Zucchini Fritters Recipe Instructions
- To begin with, you need to preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Spread the grated zucchini onto a paper towel and sprinkle some salt on it. Let it rest for 5 minutes and later strain it.
- Strain out the liquid by pressing on it with a spoon.
- Transfer the zucchini to a large bowl and add all the ingredients to it and combine well.
- Make equal size fritters out of the zucchini mixture and place them on a dusted baking tray.
- Bake them for 10 minutes, then flip them and again bake them for 10 until both the sides of the zucchini fritter are crispy and golden brown in color.
