Omelette is the origin of French. It is made with beaten eggs. Greek omelet, French omelet Chinese omelet, Spanish omelet are the different varieties of omelets. Recipe Instructions

  1. Mix Eggs and chopped vegetables in a bowl.
  2. Beat with a beater, till fluffy. Heat butter in a frying pan.
  3. Pour beaten eggs and vegetables in it. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes and turn its side.
  5. Again sprinkle salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add grated cheese on top and garnish with green onions and coriander leaves.
  7. Serve it hot with toasts. Omelette Recipe is ready.
