Omelette Recipe: Healthy And Easy Omelette Recipe For Breakfast

Omelette is a recipe which is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Everyone has their own version of Omelette. They are different and unique. I am going to share with you my version of easy and healthy Omelette Recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 2 tab;espoon green onions
  • 2 tablespoon corainder leaves
  • 2 tablespoon grated cheese
  • salt and pepper as per your taste

Instructions

  • Mix Eggs and chopped vegetables in a bowl.
  • Beat with a beater, till fluffy.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan.
  • Pour beaten eggs and vegetables in it.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 2 minutes and turn its side.
  • Again sprinkle salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add grated cheese on top and garnish with green onions and coriander leaves.
  • serve it hot with toasts.
  • Omelette Recipe is ready.
