Ingredients
2eggs
1tablespoonbutter
1tomatochopped
2green chillieschopped
2 tab;espoongreen onions
2tablespooncorainder leaves
2tablespoongrated cheese
salt and pepperas per your taste
Instructions
Mix Eggs and chopped vegetables in a bowl.
Beat with a beater, till fluffy.
Heat butter in a frying pan.
Pour beaten eggs and vegetables in it.
Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Cook for 2 minutes and turn its side.
Again sprinkle salt and pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
Add grated cheese on top and garnish with green onions and coriander leaves.
