Indian Vegetable Burger Recipe

This Indian vegetable burger recipe does not contain meat. These burgers are made from ingredients like black beans, onion, cucumber, Iceberg Lettuce, tomato, mango chutney, coriander, etc. These burgers can either be grilled or baked. You can use any of the veggies of your choice. You can add up flavors by adding different herbs and spices.

Ingredients

  1. 2 burger buns
  2. 1 can of black beans
  3. 1 red onion chopped into slices
  4. 1 cucumber chopped into slices
  5. 2 Iceberg Lettuce
  6. 1 tomato chopped into slices
  7. 2 tablespoon mango chutney
  8. a handful of chopped coriander
  9. 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
  10. 2 tablespoon ketchup
  11. 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. To make the vegetable patty for a burger, first wash, rinse, and mash the black beans in a food processor.
  2. Mix in all ingredients, and form patties and pan-fry them on a pan or bake them at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
  3. Flip them to cook or bake them on both sides.
  4. Not get burger buns ready.
  5. Roast the burger buns.
  6. Next, divide and place the mayonnaise, burgers, mango chutney, tomato, onion, and cucumber slices, iceberg lettuce on each burger bun.
  7. Indian Vegetable Burger is ready.
  8. Serve it with ketchup, cold drink, and fries to get that restaurant-like sense of touch.
