Ingredients

  1. 1 cup oatmeal
  2. 1/2 cup jaggery
  3. 1/2 cup soaked dates, finely chopped
  4. 1 cup almond milk or regular milk
  5. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
  7. 1 tablespoon purified ghee
  8. 1 tablespoon raisins
  9. 2 tablespoon cashew
  10. 2 tablespoon almond
  11. water as required

Instructions

  1. In a non-stick pan, heat 1/2 tablespoon purified ghee and roast all nuts and keep it aside.
  2. In the same pan, heat remaining ghee and roast oatmeal until aromatic while stirring continuously.
  3. Add almond milk and bring it to a boil.
  4. Once consistency thickens add dates and again cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add water if the mixture dries out.
  6. Next, add roasted nuts, nutmeg powder, and cardamom powder to it and serve hot.
