Vegetables With Pork Roast
Pork is trans-fat free and healthy for eating. Port contains vitamin B6, vitamin B12, iron, potassium, magnesium, riboflavin, zinc thiamine, niacin, selenium that are required for a healthy body.
Ingredients
- 250 grams of pork loin, chopped in thin slices
- 1 cup shredded chicken, boiled
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, de-stemmed & sliced
- 1/2 cup cabbage, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup broccoli
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 4 medium green onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, grated
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
- water as required
Instructions
- Heat oil over medium-high flame in a pan, add the pork slices and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until browned.
- Once cooked, remove and set aside. In the same pan, roast boiled shredded chicken stock, soy sauce over high heat.
- Next, add mushrooms, ginger, garlic, green chili, broccoli, cabbage, and roast for 3 minutes.
- Add water and simmer for 5 minutes, until the veggies are tender and crisp.
- Add the tomatoes, green onions, and the pork piece to it and cook on medium-high flame for 4-5 minutes until cooked.
- Sprinkles cilantro leaves, and turn the flame off.
- Serve in a plate with salad, baked veggies, soup, or steamed rice.
