Ingredients

  1. 250 grams of pork loin, chopped in thin slices
  2. 1 cup shredded chicken, boiled
  3. 1/2 cup mushrooms, de-stemmed & sliced
  4. 1/2 cup cabbage, finely chopped
  5. 1/2 cup broccoli
  6. 1 tomato, chopped
  7. 4 medium green onions, sliced
  8. 2 tablespoon chopped cilantro leaves
  9. 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  10. 1/2 teaspoon garlic, grated
  11. 1 green chili, finely chopped
  12. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  13. 1 tablespoon oil
  14. water as required

Instructions

  1. Heat oil over medium-high flame in a pan, add the pork slices and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until browned.
  2. Once cooked, remove and set aside. In the same pan, roast boiled shredded chicken stock, soy sauce over high heat.
  3. Next, add mushrooms, ginger, garlic, green chili, broccoli, cabbage, and roast for 3 minutes.
  4. Add water and simmer for 5 minutes, until the veggies are tender and crisp.
  5. Add the tomatoes, green onions, and the pork piece to it and cook on medium-high flame for 4-5 minutes until cooked.
  6. Sprinkles cilantro leaves, and turn the flame off.
  7. Serve in a plate with salad, baked veggies, soup, or steamed rice.
