1large slice whole wheat grain bread
1/2thinly sliced avocado
50gramthinly sliced smoked salmon
2cojita cheese slices
1/2teaspoonpink salt
1teaspoonground black pepper
1/4cupspinach leaves
1teaspoonbrown butter sauce
Instructions
Set the smoker to 120 degrees F and let salmon roast for approximately 3 hours for full smoky flavors.
