Ingredients

  • 1 large slice whole wheat grain bread
  • 1/2 thinly sliced avocado
  • 50 gram thinly sliced smoked salmon
  • 2 cojita cheese slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon pink salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 teaspoon brown butter sauce

Instructions

  • Set the smoker to 120 degrees F and let salmon roast for approximately 3 hours for full smoky flavors.
  • Gently toast whole wheat grain bread.
  • Place thinly sliced avocado, spinach leaves, and smoked salmon on the warm toast.
  • Sprinkle black pepper and pink salt over it and top with cojita cheese slices.
  • Smoked salmon with avocado and whole wheat grain toast is ready, serve it immediately.
