250gramsboneless chicken
2tablespoongreek yogurt
1tablespoonlemon juice
1teaspoonblack pepperfreshly crushed
1teaspoongarlicfreshly minced
1-inchgrated ginger
a handful of chopped parsley
2teaspoonolive oil
2green chiliesslit
pink salt to taste
Instructions
Clean and wash the chicken and take it in a bowl. Now start marinating it.
Add greek yogurt, lemon juice, black pepper powder, garlic paste, grated ginger, green chilies, parsley, and pink salt now and keep it to marinate for 15 minutes.
Now heat oil in a non-stick grill pan and roast pieces of marinated chicken on high flame for 3-4 minutes.
Next, cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken pieces are tender.
Turn off the flame and place lemon pepper chicken over a serving plate.
