Ingredients

  1. 250 grams boneless chicken
  2. 2 tablespoon greek yogurt
  3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  4. 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly crushed
  5. 1 teaspoon garlic, freshly minced
  6. 1-inch grated ginger
  7. a handful of chopped parsley
  8. 2 teaspoon olive oil
  9. 2 green chilies, slit
  10. pink salt to taste

Lemon Pepper Chicken Recipe

Preparation Time 15 min
Cook Time – 20 minutes
Serves 3 people

 

  1. Clean and wash the chicken and take it in a bowl. Now start marinating it.
  2. Add greek yogurt, lemon juice, black pepper powder, garlic paste, grated ginger, green chilies, parsley, and pink salt now and keep it to marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Now heat oil in a non-stick grill pan and roast pieces of marinated chicken on high flame for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Next, cover the pan and cook for 15 minutes or until the chicken pieces are tender.
  5. Turn off the flame and place lemon pepper chicken over a serving plate.
  6. Decorate it up with lemon slices, fresh parsley, or butter, and enjoy it hot with your favorite dip.
