This Prawn Coconut Curry is prepared by cooking prawns with chili, coconut, tamarind. In addition, herbs, spices, and lemon juice are added to sour the coconut milk. You can serve this Prawn Coconut Curry with steamed rice or wheat flatbread.

Ingredients
500gm medium prawn
1cupcoconut milk
2medium onionchopped
1/2tablespoonginger paste
5-6garlic podschopped
6-7black pepper
1/2tspturmeric
1tablespoonKashmiri red chili powder
1teaspooncumin seeds
1/2teaspoonmustard seeds
2tablespoonoil
1lemon
1/2cuptamarind paste
4green chilisplit into pieces
fresh coriander leaveschopped
salt to taste

Instructions
First of all, wash and clean the prawns. Take prawns in a brown and add crushed garlic pods, ginger paste, salt, lemon juice, and red chili powder and marinate it.
Keep it aside then heat oil in a frying pan, add remaining garlic and cook it for 1 minute. Next add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and black pepper and cook for 1 minute.
Now add green chilies, chopped onions, turmeric powder, and Kashmiri red chili powder and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the prawns to the frying pan and add tamarind paste and salt to it and mix well. Lastly, add coconut milk and water to it and bring the mixture to a boil.
Prawn Coconut Curry is ready, garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve it hot with steamed rice or wheat flatbread.
