Ingredients
3/4cupaquafaba
1.5teaspooncream of tartar
1tablespoonvanilla extract
3/4cuphoney or maple syrup
2tablespoonchickpea flour
1cupalmond flour
3cupscoconut whipped cream
1cupchopped strawberries
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to165°C.
Take aquafaba and cream of tartar into a large mixing bowl and whipped it until high and fluffy.
Add vanilla, honey, or maple syrup and gain beat it for 2 minutes.
Now add chickpea flour and mix for a minute.
Now add almond flour and with the help of a spatula fold the flour into the aquafaba mixture.
Mix it thoroughly so as to avoid lumps.
Now pour the cake mixture into a cake bundt pan and bake it in a preheated oven for 60 minutes at 165°C.
After 60 minutes, allow the cake to cool to room temperature.
Take it out from the bundt pan into a serving platform and top it with chopped coconut cream and chopped strawberries.
Slice it with a sharp knife and serve it in a plate.
