Easy Fruit Custard Recipe

Ingredients

  • 50 grams custard powder
  • 500 ml milk
  • 100 grams sugar
  • seasonal fruits which you like

Instructions

  • Mix custard powder in 1/2 cup cold milk.
  • Mix it properly so lumps don't stay.
  • Take a pan and add milk and sugar to it.
  • Bring it to boil.
  • Add custard powder milk to sugar-milk mixture.
  • Stir it continuously. Milk should not stick to the bottom of the container.
  • turn the flame off and let it cool.
  • Once cool, add all the chopped fruits to it.
  • Refrigerate it.
  • Once ready, serve it in the serving plate.
  • Garnish with fresh fruits while serving.
  • Healthy Fruit custard is ready.
