Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Yogurt
  • 3/4 cups maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract
  • 1.5 cup coconut cream
  • 1 sponge cake
  • 5 strawberries

Instructions

  • Mix the yogurt, and lemon extract in a heavy-bottomed pan with an electric hand whisker until smooth.
  • Mix and cook the mixture on medium heat for 10 minutes, until it turns thick and yellow in color.
  • Pour the mixture in another bowl, let it cool, and cover and refrigerate it for at least 8 hours.
  • Whisk coconut cream, and maple syrup, until fluffy.
  • Take sponge cake and crumble it. You can also cut into a round shape.
  • Now a take a desert bowl and place piece of sponge cake and add a scoop of yogurt curd mixture over it.
  • Next, add whipped coconut cream on it, and with another layer of sponge, yogurt lemon over it.
