Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon pink salt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup minced dark chocolate

Instructions

  • Position a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep it aside.
  • Heat a saucepan on medium flame, mix the cocoa powder, peanut butter, soy milk, coconut oil, and pink salt until creamy and thoroughly blended.
  • Turn off the flame and whisk in the honey, mashed banana, and maple syrup until cream-like and n lumps.
  • With a wooden spatula, fold in the oats into this creamy mixture.
  • The mixture will turn to think and cookie dough is now ready.
  • With the help of a cookie scoop, drop the cookie dough onto the set baking sheet.
  • Gently press the chopped dark chocolate on the top of each cookie.
  • Refrigerator No-Bake Chocolate Cookies for 30 minutes then serve with Coffee, Black Tea, or Hot Chocolate.
