1/2cuppeanut butter
1/2cupsoy milk
1/4cupunsweetened cocoa powder
2tablespoonscoconut oil
3cupsoats
1/4teaspoonpink salt
1/2cuphoney
1/2cupmashed ripe banana
1teaspoonmaple syrup
1/2cupminced dark chocolate
Instructions
Position a baking sheet with parchment paper and keep it aside.
Heat a saucepan on medium flame, mix the cocoa powder, peanut butter, soy milk, coconut oil, and pink salt until creamy and thoroughly blended.
Turn off the flame and whisk in the honey, mashed banana, and maple syrup until cream-like and n lumps.
With a wooden spatula, fold in the oats into this creamy mixture.
The mixture will turn to think and cookie dough is now ready.
With the help of a cookie scoop, drop the cookie dough onto the set baking sheet.
