Ingredients
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
1tablespoonbalsamic vinegar
2medium-size tomato sliced
1cupsmall shrimpspeeled and deveined
4clovesgarlic minced
1/2cupbasil garlic oil sauce adjust to taste
1/2cupsliced fresh mozzarella
1tablespoonlemon juice

Instructions
n a bowl, add shrimp, garlic cloves, salt, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Let it rest for about 5 minutes.
Heat a nonstick grill pan and cook the shrimps for 2 minutes on both sides until pink.
Turn off the flame.
Now, in another large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic, salt, and balsamic vinegar.
Combine in sliced fresh tomatoes, shrimp, and fresh mozzarella.
